Grounded is a survival action-adventure video game developed by Obsidian Entertainment and published by Xbox Game Studios. It was released for Windows and Xbox One in early access in July 2020. It was fully released on September 27, 2022.

The Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 versions will be released on April 16, 2024.
